- Lessees are responsible for the security of all areas utilized and covered under their contract. It shall be the responsibility of the Director to determine the number of crowd control and/or security personnel required for each event. It shall be the responsibility of the Lessee to pay for the crowd control and security personnel. Security shall be required at any event where alcoholic beverages are served and is encouraged when admission is charged at the door or at the Box Office. Lessees are also encouraged to arrange for overnight security during multiple day events when Lessee's or Exhibitor's items will be left in the building overnight. Lessee shall coordinate all security with Director or designated representative.
